Quality Specialist (physician Revenue Cycle)

Job Opportunity: Specialist – Quality (Physician Revenue Cycle) | Hyderabad | Full-time

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Specialist – Quality to support leadership in ongoing training, education, and action plans to ensure consistent quality across teams. This role collaborates closely with the Quality Manager and leadership team, including onboarding support and user provisioning.

Essential Job Functions:

• Deliver exceptional client, patient, and colleague experiences
• Embrace innovation and new technologies
• Maintain high standards aligned with client principles
• Evaluate and improve quality assurance processes
• Conduct quality reviews across multiple clients and platforms
• Identify and mitigate operational, compliance, and quality risks
• Prepare and present quality reports to leadership
• Maintain knowledge of medical necessity, compliance regulations, and service line requirements

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; Nursing, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences preferred
• Certification in Medical Billing and Coding (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) preferred
• 3+ years experience, including 2+ years in Quality Analysis within healthcare/RCM
• Quality experience on paper is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of RCM processes (charge entry, payment posting, denial management, AR follow-up)
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance
• Proficiency in QA tools and billing software (Epic, Athena, Kareo)
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
