Job Description

Quality Information System & Digitalization team, in close collaboration with our Quality business colleagues provides state-of-the-art IT solutions to enable competitive, standardized and robust Airbus operations, from Engineering & Supply Chain, through Plants & FALS, to Customer Services . A Business Analyst joining this Agile multi-function team will be in charge of designing, implementing and deploying new Quality solutions, taking care of the harmonization and robustness of the solution.
CONTEXT
Quality digitalization within Airbus is organized, jointly with Quality & IM departments, in Product and Service Lines (PSL) that have End-to-End (E2E) accountability and responsibility for their IT solutions. Within the PSL Quality you will join the product teams Non Conformance ; Quality Standards, Audit and Surveillance and Inspection , responsible for the Quality IT solutions for all Airbus operations .
Roles and Responsibilities
Work with multinational customers to gather complex requirements, create project plans, communicate solutions and ensure customer requirements are met.
Support the realization of Quality solutions in a multinational organization following a joint approach with business and other technical experts based on the agile framework (SAFe) to ensure integrity of the solution delivered.
Support the deployment of the Quality solutions in the different Airbus manufacturing & business sites when needed.
Produce documentation when needed of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for the customer.
Manage risks, dependencies and resolve impediments.
Identify areas for improvement in business processes providing possible solutions compliant with the IT strategy.
Identify potential business opportunities enabled by technology.
EXPECTED SKILLS
  • Working experience in Digital transformation and development.
  • Working experience in Agile Environment.
  • Working knowledge in Quality standards such as FMEA, APQP, Control Plan & Inspection.
  • Good Functional knowledge of Quality Management System, lean tools & Concepts.
  • Working knowledge of global Non-Conformities, Quality Checks & Quality Gates, etc.
  • Good Stakeholder management & Networking skills.
  • Strong abilities in planning, coordinating complex project schedules, resolving competing dependencies, and fostering collaboration among globally distributed teams
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multicultural and multinational teams.
