Quality Manager

As a Quality Manager at ATLAS Transformers India Limited, POR, Vadodara, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of transformer manufacturing processes. With 8-10 years of experience in the industry, you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality management systems, optimizing processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance for both distribution and power transformers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality planning and assurance strategies from design to dispatch of transformers - Conduct type, routine, and special testing in compliance with IEC/IS/ANSI standards - Perform incoming material inspection and maintain supplier quality control standards - Analyze non-conformances and lead efforts in customer complaint resolution - Provide team leadership, training, and foster a strong quality culture within the organization Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in process optimization and training in the transformer manufacturing industry - Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and testing standards (IEC/IS/ANSI) - Demonstrated leadership skills in non-conformance analysis and quality management systems - Ability to effectively manage quality planning & assurance, supplier quality control, and customer complaint resolution - Experience in building and leading high-performing teams focused on manufacturing compliance Join ATLAS Transformers India Limited and contribute to the success of our quality management processes while ensuring the highest standards of performance and compliance in the industry.,
