Job Description

Quality Manager Knits & Woven Garments (Export House)

Location:

About the Role:

Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure end-to-end
quality management
across all production processes.
Conduct
risk assessment
for production styles and implement corrective action plans.
Set up and monitor
quality production processes
to achieve consistent output.
Manage
audits and inspections
from buyers and third-party agencies (ASOS, George, Sainsbury, etc.).
Lead and train a team of
quality auditors and checkers
.
Handle
black seal and gold seal approvals
and oversee bulk quality checks.
Ensure control over
garment overdyed styles
, including wash lots and shrinkage management.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate with good communication skills (English – written & verbal).
8–10 years of experience in
export garment manufacturing
(knits, ladieswear, kidswear, menswear).
Strong understanding of
embellishments, embroidery, washes, and garment dyeing
.
Proven ability to handle
buyer audits
and maintain high quality standards.
