Conduct inspection of incoming raw materials and final product assemblies.
Perform process audits and final inspections in accordance with IPC-A-610 standards.
Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all stages of the manufacturing process.
Analyse customer complaints and recurring process issues; initiate and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Visit vendor sites for process verification and inspections.
Monitor and control calibration and validation of devices/equipment.
Conduct supplier, subcontractor, and internal audits.
Lead and implement continuous improvement activities (KAIZEN, 7 QC Tools, FMEA, 5S).
Perform line audits and provide real-time feedback to production teams.
Ensure interdepartmental coordination to maintain smooth workflow in manufacturing.
Ensure compliance and implementation of ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS) standards and ISO 45001 (EHS) standard .
