Quality Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining our Brand SIA (Steel Infra Agro) as a Quality Manager, where your primary responsibility will be ensuring the highest quality standards through process-oriented approaches. Your expertise in PPAP, QC Tools, CAPA, Defect Analysis, and Control Plans will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing our products and processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of excellence will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Implement process-oriented approaches to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. - Conduct defect analysis and drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve and prevent issues. - Optimise processes to reduce defects, downtime, and improve efficiency while maintaining high-quality outputs. - Maintain accurate documentation of quality assurance activities, including control plans and defect analysis reports. - Work closely with the team of Quality Engineers to foster a quality-focused environment and collaborate with other teams for seamless project execution. - Utilise QC Tools effectively to monitor and control quality processes according to company standards, develop Control Plans, and implement corrective actions. - Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and supporting quality initiatives. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in quality assurance and process improvement. - Proficiency in soft tools like AUTOCAD. - Strong documentation and organisational skills. - Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. - Additional certifications in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Six Sigma, or similar are a plus.,
