Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Account Manager located in Pithampur, Dhar, MP. The Finance and Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and preparing financial reports. Daily tasks include financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and handling tax-related matters. The role also involves managing accounts payable/receivable, performing audits, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the financial health of the organization. We are looking for a Site Engineer who is ready to take ownership of project execution, ensuring high-quality work, and adhering to safety and client guidelines. In this role, you will be responsible for leading site activities, managing installation teams, conducting safety training, preparing reports, and ensuring the timely and efficient completion of projects. Key Responsibilities : 1.Site Management Oversee the installation of steel structures, PEB, and canopies at the work site as per project guidelines and client specifications. Ensure smooth execution of site activities and provide technical solutions as required. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. Manage re-work if required and ensure the final deliverables meet the required standards. 2.Safety Compliance Conduct Tool Box Talks (TBT) and ensure all workers are aware of the daily tasks and associated risks. Issue "Green Tags" to workers upon completion of safety checks. Ensure that the work environment adheres to all safety regulations and maintain a high safety standard at the site. Train workers on worksite safety, with a particular focus on working at heights and other high-risk activities. 3.Training and Development Train and guide the installation team on safe and efficient work practices. Develop and mentor the installation team to enhance their technical skills and safety awareness. 4.Lifting Plan & Equipment Safety Prepare and implement safe lifting plans for handling structural materials. Perform safety checks on lifting equipment, cranes, and tools to ensure proper functioning. Ensure that all lifting and rigging activities are performed safely and efficiently. 5.Documentation & Reporting Prepare daily progress reports, including tasks completed, safety updates, and any issues encountered. Create and maintain checklists for installation work to ensure that all tasks are completed as required. Manage site-related expenses and provide detailed expense reports. 6. Client Communication & Guidelines Coordinate closely with the client to ensure work is performed as per their requirements and within the agreed timeline. Address any concerns or technical issues raised by the client promptly and effectively. 7.Other Responsibilities Manage material handling and inventory on-site.
