We are hiring a Quality Manager who has end-to-end experience in managing ISO/QMS systems, not just inspection.

Role Summary
This role requires a QMS Leader who can independently manage the entire Quality Management System of the company—ISO documentation, audits, customer complaints, CAPA, process control, internal NC closure, and quality improvement. This is NOT a QC Inspector role. We need someone who has implemented, maintained, or upgraded QMS systems in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities (QMS-Focused)

1. QMS & ISO System Ownership
- Manage complete QMS documentation as per ISO 9001:2015.- Maintain & improve Quality Manual, SOPs, Work Instructions, Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plans, etc.- Ensure system compliance across all departments.

2. Audit Management
- Lead internal audits, prepare audit plans, and ensure closure of NCs.- Handle customer audits & third-party ISO audits independently.- Ensure readiness for surveillance or recertification audits.

3. CAPA & Problem Solving
- Lead root cause analysis using tools like 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto.- Drive CAPA implementation across operations.- Develop preventive strategies to reduce repeated defects.

4. Customer Complaints Handling
- Analyze customer complaints and prepare 8D / CAPA reports.- Ensure corrective actions are implemented with the Production/QA team.- Build customer confidence through structured complaint resolution.

5. Quality Data & Improvement
- Monitor rejection %, rework %, COPQ.- Conduct trend analysis and run improvement projects.- Improve process capability & reduce variation.

6. Team Leadership
- Guide the QA/QC team.- Conduct QMS training sessions for internal teams.

Candidate Requirements (Must-Have Skills)
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)- 4–12 years of experience in manufacturing quality- Hands-on experience in QMS / ISO 9001 implementation- Strong documentation & audit handling capability- Experience in CAPA, RCA & complaint management- Knowledge of process control & quality tools- Ability to lead a small QA/QC team

Not Suitable For:
- Only QC/Inspection background- Stage inspection-only experience- Candidates without QMS documentation or audit experience
