Quality Manager (QA&QC)

1. Develop, mentor, and manage the quality team, ensuring competency development and compliance with quality standards.

2. Act as the primary customer quality interface, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of quality issues.

3. Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

4. Ensure strong technical knowledge and quality control of machined components manufactured using CNC turning, milling, drilling, grinding, and related processes.

5. Track and analyze customer complaints, rejection rates, and PPM levels, ensuring timely closure through effective corrective actions.

6. Monitor and drive reduction of non-conforming parts, rework, and rejections.

7. Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement activities to improve processes and prevent repeat issues.

8. Regularly review and monitor PFMEA, Control Plans, Inspection Plans, QC Tools and Work Instructions, ensuring alignment with actual manufacturing conditions.

9. Ensure compliance with customer specifications, drawings, GD&T, material standards, and testing requirements.

10. Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities, ensuring proper use of measuring instruments and inspection methods.

11. Ensure all supplied products meet customer requirements, drawings, and PO requirements.

12. Lead quality activities for new product development, including First Article Inspection (FAI), First Part Approval (FPA/PPAP as applicable), and customer alignment.

13. Plan and lead customer audits, internal audits, product audits, and process audits, ensuring effective closure of audit findings.

14. Lead supplier quality management, including supplier qualification, audits, 5S, and continuous improvement of supplier performance.

15. Monitor and report quality performance metrics (KPI, customer complaints, audit findings, COPQ) to management and drive improvement actions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹780,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
