Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, ensuring skill development and effective performance.
Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and compliance checks as per QMS and IATF16949 standards.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues effectively.
Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance systems, processes, and product quality.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant standards and regulations.
Support external audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
Establish and monitor quality KPIs to achieve organizational quality goals.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
7 – 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Certification in Quality Management (Six Sigma, IATF16949, Lean, etc.) preferred.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, QMS, and quality control techniques.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, 7QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis).
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities.
Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
