Description

Major Responsibilities

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Partner with application directors and creators to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully.
Application implementation support and user training.
Create detailed and specific business requirement documents/ functional specification documents.
Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Key Competencies
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PPT, Excel, etc.
A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
Proven track record of writing business requirements for financial systems knowledge of banking domain is preferred.
Proficiency in Wireframe tools like Figma, Balsamiq, etc.
Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience as a Business Analyst in IT.
Well versed with SDLC.
