Quality Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

Al-Azhar Medical College & Super Speciality Hospital, a leading hospital in Kerala, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead its quality and patient safety initiatives. The role is crucial in driving NABH accreditation, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and ensure NABH accreditation & compliance.
• Develop and implement quality policies, SOPs, and audits.
• Monitor patient safety, clinical governance, and infection control.
• Conduct staff training, workshops, and awareness programs.
• Maintain quality dashboards, KPIs, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with all departments and liaise with NABH assessors.

Requirements:

• NABH-certified with hands-on accreditation experience.
• MHA / MBA (Hospital & Healthcare) preferred.
• 10+ years’ quality management experience in hospitals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
