Job Description

· Responsible for developing, planning and directing quality activities in support of the Company’s quality assurance operations and goals · Ensuring that company standards are achieved and maintained with a targeted emphasis on continuous improvement · Handling quality related ISO documentation · Recording, maintaining & resolving NC & CAPA of in-house as well as Customer's initiated rejections · Preparing PPAP documentation for all new products · Attending Customer complaints and debriefing to all concerned staff & workers in prescribed MOM & CAPA · Ensure quality inspections at different stages of production cycle's i.e. FPA, In-house in process inspection reports etc · Calibration of all instruments as per checklist and schedule and Filling RM, WCP, FI, PPI etc reports regularly · Verifying the hardness and torque values of products during production cycle · Providing support, structure and documented formalized training for employees within the organization in all areas. · Promoting, Developing, and Overseeing compliance of the company quality system. Effectively assuring compliance of customer requirements by managing quality policies, standards, procedures, programs and practices while driving and facilitating continuous improvement.
