Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Management System Executive, based in Jalandhar, Punjab. The selected candidate will oversee and execute quality management processes, ensure compliance with quality standards, manage quality audits, and continuously analyze and improve quality assurance measures and operational processes. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality protocols, preparing and maintaining documentation for quality certifications, and assisting in the training of team members on quality best practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and experience in quality audits
• Experience in process analysis, quality assurance methods, and regulatory compliance
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience will also be considered
• Familiarity with the manufacturing or automotive industry is preferred
