Position:Quality Lead

Qualification:5–7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2–3 years in a quality leadership or process excellence role

Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification

• 5–7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2–3 years in a quality leadership or process excellence role

• Leadership experience in Quality management and can take ownership of tools, processes, and strategy.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Quality tools and technologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, RCA, etc.)

• Experience of managing Quality processes as a Lead, including stakeholder management & driving process improvements
• Experience in setting up frameworks, metrics, and governance for Quality rather than just performing evaluations.
