Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Intern to join our hospital's Quality Management team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for quality improvement.

2. Quality Projects: Support quality improvement projects, including developing and implementing new processes and procedures.

3. Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, such as Joint Commission standards.

4. Patient Safety: Participate in initiatives to improve patient safety and reduce adverse events.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify and implement quality improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, quality improvement, public health).

2. Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
