Job Description

Responsibilities

Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping PDI /FAI Vendor end2 Read drawings, plans and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services 3 Inspection of CNC precision (Machining) parts and execute tests to check final product adherence to the com-pany standards. And comfortable to work with shift rotation.4 Process control and daily quality Inspection of precision machine shop. Perform activities to calibration of equip-ment and Gauges in order to maintain equipment as per the standards.5

Familiar with quality measurement instruments like Vision Measuring Machine/system (VMM), Profile Projector, Contour tracer Measuring System, etc.

6 Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.7 Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records8 Guide the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence. And able to give suggestions for resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

BE/Diploma in mechanical or equivalent qualification.A maximum of 4 to 6 years’ experience in a similar role Managing Quality function for CNC precision parts product
