Quality Inspector

As a Quality Inspector at Hendrick Technical Solutions, you will be responsible for conducting testing and inspection of inbound, in process, and finished goods to evaluate their quality. Your essential functions will include routine and non-routine inspections, monitoring testing procedures, interpreting drawings, reporting outcomes, identifying non-conforming parts, and maintaining equipment used for testing. Additionally, you will be expected to identify quality problems, make recommendations, interpret results, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct routine and non-routine inspections of materials and components at different stages of production - Monitor testing procedures to ensure compliance with specifications and protocols - Interpret drawings and documents to maintain compliance with specifications - Report and document testing outcomes - Identify and tag non-conforming parts, notifying appropriate parties - Calibrate, validate, and maintain testing equipment - Identify quality issues, recommend solutions, and interpret results for release - Maintain lab cleanliness and safety standards - Serve as a technical liaison between quality control and other departments - Operate within ISO 9001:2015 requirements Qualifications Required: - High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required - Preferred 2-year technical associates degree - 1+ years of quality experience - Basic computer skills; experience with measurement-related software preferred - Ability to work a flexible schedule and communicate effectively within the organization Join Hendrick Technical Solutions as a Quality Inspector and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards in testing and inspection processes.
