Under direct supervision, this role is responsible for operating machines and production equipment safely and effectively to meet productivity and quality requirements. The associate is expected to contribute to a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork. Delivery & Operations: Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture or assemble products to specification. Perform routine operator maintenance and support equipment troubleshooting. Stay flexible in supporting additional production duties as required. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct quality inspections using various measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge, Contour tracer, Profile projector, Gauges etc. Read drawings and perform raw material inspection to ensure compliance with specifications. Perform final inspection of products before packing to ensure defect-free output. Operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for dimensional checking of parts. Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and maintain accurate records.
