Packaging Assistant

As an Export Packing professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe transit of aluminium utensils by planning and executing appropriate packing techniques. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing appropriate packing techniques to prevent damage during transit, utilizing materials like bubble wrap, corrugated boxes, pallets, shrink wraps, etc. - Accurately labeling packages with product details, barcodes, and destination information. In the role of Dispatch Coordination, you will be responsible for: - Scheduling and coordinating dispatches with freight forwarders, transporters, and logistics partners. - Generating and verifying packing lists, invoices, and export documentation. - Ensuring shipments are loaded accurately as per the Packing List and dispatch schedule. Your duties related to Documentation and Compliance will involve: - Preparing and maintaining export documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, etc. - Ensuring compliance with international export regulations and customer-specific packing instructions. - Coordinating with CHA (Customs House Agents) for clearance procedures. In terms of Inventory and Reporting, you will be tasked with: - Maintaining stock records of packed goods ready for dispatch. - Monitoring packaging material inventory and coordinating procurement when needed. - Providing regular dispatch reports and updates to management. Ensuring Quality and Safety standards will also be a key part of your role, involving: - Inspecting packaging to meet quality and safety standards. - Coordinating with the quality control department to ensure the goods meet export quality standards.
