Wooden toys Production Line Supervisor

As an experienced Wooden Toys Assembly Line Supervisor, your role involves overseeing and managing the assembly line to ensure smooth production flow, adherence to quality standards, optimal manpower utilization, and timely delivery targets while maintaining safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily assembly line operations of wooden toys production. - Allocate tasks and monitor workforce (operators, helpers, quality inspectors, etc.) for maximum efficiency. - Ensure production schedules are met as per plan. - Monitor quality at every stage of assembly to ensure defect-free products. - Train, guide, and motivate workers for skill improvement and productivity. - Maintain records of production output, downtime, and wastage. - Coordinate with production planning, stores, and maintenance teams for smooth operations. - Implement safety and housekeeping standards on the shop floor. - Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements in assembly techniques. - Handle manpower issues and ensure discipline on the line. Qualifications: - Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (preferred) OR Graduate with relevant experience. - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in assembly line supervision in toys, furniture, or manufacturing industry.
