Quality Controller-colour cosmetic

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting quality inspections and testing for colour cosmetic products such as lipsticks, eyeliners, eyeshadows, and foundations. You will also perform various tests to ensure products meet quality parameters and comply with regulatory guidelines. Additionally, you will be involved in documentation, reporting, compliance activities, and providing support to different teams within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-process and final product quality inspections for colour cosmetic products - Perform physical, chemical, and sensory testing to ensure products meet quality parameters - Monitor raw materials and packaging components for compliance with quality specifications - Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and deviations - Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to production and R&D teams - Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO standards, and relevant regulatory guidelines - Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues - Support the training of production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures - Participate in new product development and scale-up processes Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, or related field - Minimum 4-10 years of experience in quality control in the cosmetics industry - Knowledge of cosmetic raw materials, formulation, and packaging - Familiarity with quality control instruments and lab testing methods - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Good communication skills for effective reporting and team coordination - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team Note: The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund.
