Quality HOD( Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality team across QA/QC functions.
• Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO and industry standards.
• Define and monitor quality KPIs, benchmarks, and inspection/testing procedures.
• Ensure raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods meet quality specifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions.
• Oversee internal, customer, and third-party quality audits.
• Handle customer complaints, feedback, and ensure timely resolution.
• Train and mentor quality staff to enhance skills and awareness.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and R&D teams to maintain quality consistency.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction without compromising quality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 8–12 years of quality management experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in tools like Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Industry Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
