Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Sonipat for a Quality Head specializing in HT & LT cables. The responsibilities include leading quality control processes, managing quality assurance programs, conducting quality audits, and developing strategies to meet quality standards. The role demands close collaboration with production teams to identify and resolve quality concerns, ensure compliance with industry standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for product excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and solving quality-related issues efficiently
• Expertise in BIS 694-2010,BIS 1552 PT-1,BIS 7098-1,BIS 14255-1,ISO 9001 Audit Quality Control and Quality Assurance to maintain high standards of production
• Experience in conducting Quality Auditing to ensure process compliance and identify areas for improvement
• Excellent Communication skills for effectively coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of HT & LT cable manufacturing processes and applicable quality standards
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Professional certifications in quality management systems or a similar domain are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
