Develop, implement, improve and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) for the company, including preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) / Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) / Checklists / Work Instructions / Method Statements at all project sites. Share the existing Quality issues that need to be addressed to prevent recurrence at start of each activity / intermediate stage. Develop and conduct training session on technical topics to Site Operations / Contractors Teams to create awareness and ensure compliance, to highlight Quality risks and their mitigation, and to avoid deviations in work execution.
