Quality Engineer

Key Skills Required:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the companys

  Quality Management System (QMS)

  in compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Lead and support

  internal and external quality audits

  to ensure system effectiveness and compliance.
• Maintain and update quality documentation including procedures, work instructions, and technical specifications.
  
• Apply

  quality tools and methodologies

  (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, SPC) to analyze data, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Design and monitor

  quality control plans

  for both new and existing HVAC products.
• Collaborate with

  Production, Engineering, and Sourcing

  teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Validate and qualify

  manufacturing processes and equipment

  to ensure capability and compliance.
• Supervise

  incoming material inspection

  ,

  in-process inspection

  , and

  final product testing

  to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Manage the

  Non-Conformance Report (NCR)

  process and coordinate

  Material Review Board (MRB)

  decisions.
• Analyze

  field failures, warranty claims, and customer complaints

  ; implement effective solutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Conduct

  FMEA

  , develop

  Control Plans

  , and participate in

  APQP

  during new product development.
• Evaluate, audit, and monitor

  supplier quality performance

  , driving improvement initiatives when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  
• Hands-on experience with

  QMS implementation

  ,

  supplier quality management

  .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  
• Working knowledge of
