Job Description

The Quality Executive ensures that both company-level goals and individual performance goals are achieved by monitoring daily work quality, identifying gaps, and coordinating corrective measures. The role bridges organizational objectives with employee output, ensuring alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Monitor whether team/department outputs are aligned with overall company objectives.
Ensure processes meet quality standards that support organizational growth and compliance.
Track key metrics (productivity, error rate, turnaround time, etc.) that affect company performance.
Review individual daily work reports and ensure they meet assigned goals.
Identify mistakes, misreporting, or deviations and provide corrective feedback.
Highlight training needs for employees to help them achieve their individual KPIs.
Coordinate review meetings with employees and managers to track progress on
Prepare consolidated daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
Coordinate team meetings for discussing quality issues and progress.
Support management in goal-setting and KPI monitoring.
Drive continuous improvement by aligning work quality with both company and individual expectations.

Skills:

Strong understanding of performance metrics and goal alignment.
Analytical skills to link individual performance with company outcomes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to spot deviations early.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Management/Commerce/Engineering or related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in quality monitoring, reporting, or operations.
Knowledge of performance evaluation methods (KPI, OKR, etc.) preferred.
