Quality Executive

Job Summary:
As a Quality Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet or exceed the established quality standards. This role involves implementing and managing quality control processes, conducting audits, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. The Quality Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the overall quality of our organization's deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure the consistency and reliability of products.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare reports and present findings to management, making recommendations for corrective actions.
• Provide training to staff on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices.
• Facilitate continuous learning and development to enhance the overall quality culture within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Business).
• Proven experience in a quality management role, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
