Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Quality Executive at Noble Hospital Kundli, located in Sonipat. The Quality Executive will be responsible for overseeing quality control and auditing processes, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with healthcare quality standards. Daily tasks include monitoring operational processes, conducting quality assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with teams to implement corrective actions. The role will contribute to patient safety and service excellence by maintaining and enhancing quality assurance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying trends, interpreting data, and problem-solving.
• Expertise in Quality Control, Quality Auditing, and Quality Management to maintain and improve standards and compliance within the hospital.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and articulate quality-related initiatives.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in quality management in the medical field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field (Master’s degree will be an advantage).
• Certification in Quality Management or related credentials (e.g., ISO, Lean Six Sigma) is desirable.
• Prior healthcare industry experience, especially in quality assurance, is a strong asset.
