Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct daily QC checks and release products to warehouses.
Ensure quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance of all Private Label FMCG food

products.

Manage raw material to finished goods quality control.
Drive FSMS, GMP, HACCP & FSSAI implementation at supplier sites.
Handle customer complaints, RCA & CAPA.
Conduct mock recalls, traceability checks & supplier audits.
Train and mentor supplier QA teams for process improvement.
Support new product launches with quality & safety requirements.
Benchmark competitor products for quality enhancements.

Desired Key Skills

Good knowledge of FMCG Food processing, food quality assurance, private labelling, and

vendor audits.

Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSMS, Environmental & Hygiene standards, and

audit systems.

Good in Google sheets, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and

documentation.

Process-oriented with excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder

management skills.

Positive can-do” attitude, strong team collaboration, and effective verbal & written

communication.

Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision in dynamic environments.
Ability to manage 3P Multiple suppliers & multiple priorities, consistently achieve targets,

and build strong supplier relationships.

Flexible, adaptable, and focused on delivering long-term quality goals.

Qualifications:

BE / B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Processing Engineering,

Agriculture, or related fields.

2-3 years of experience in Quality roles within the food industry, preferably FMCG Foods.Role & responsibilities
