Quality Engineering Manager

As a Lead in Quality and Test Engineering (QTE) at our company, your primary responsibility will be to ensure high-quality software product releases by focusing on functional correctness, scalability, and performance. Required Qualifications & Skills: - 6-8 years of relevant work experience in test engineering. - Hands-on experience in designing test frameworks and white-box testing. - Understanding of financial markets and asset classes (exchange-traded & OTC). - Experience testing trading systems, broker connectivity, and client-server/distributed systems. - Proficiency in object-oriented programming (Java/.NET/C++) and scripting languages (Python/PERL). - Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG) and API automation. - Exposure to UI stacks (React/Redux) and UNIX systems. - Strong process improvement, automation, and problem-solving skills.
