Quality Engineer

Experience Requirement: Candidates having experience in Civil works of Power projects, Large Construction project and handling customer like L&T, NTPC, BHEL, State power generation company shall be preferred. Key responsibilities Project planning and coordination: Develop project plans, set goals, and create work schedules from inception to completion.  Budget and cost management: Estimate project costs, create budgets, and track expenses to ensure the project stays within financial limits.  Team and subcontractor management: Hire staff, negotiate contracts, and coordinate the activities of all personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.  Quality control: Monitor construction activities to ensure work meets quality standards and all building codes and safety regulations are followed.  Risk management: Identify potential risks, such as delays or material shortages, and develop strategies to mitigate them.  Communication: Report project status, budget performance, and challenges to clients, stakeholders, and team members.  Regulatory compliance: Obtain necessary permits and licenses and ensure all work complies with legal and local building codes.  Problem-solving: Address and resolve issues that arise on the construction site, such as emergencies, weather delays, or technical problems
