Experience Requirement: Candidates having experience in Civil works of Power projects, Large Construction project and handling customer like L&T, NTPC, BHEL, State power generation company shall be preferred. Key responsibilities Project planning and coordination: Develop project plans, set goals, and create work schedules from inception to completion. Budget and cost management: Estimate project costs, create budgets, and track expenses to ensure the project stays within financial limits. Team and subcontractor management: Hire staff, negotiate contracts, and coordinate the activities of all personnel, subcontractors, and vendors. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate disputes, and support managers on employee-related issues to promote a healthy and productive workplace. HR Administration: Manage employee records, maintain HR data, and handle administrative tasks to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth and positive experience. Risk management: Identify potential risks, such as delays or material shortages, and develop strategies to mitigate them. Communication: Report project status, budget performance, and challenges to clients, stakeholders, and team members. Regulatory compliance: Obtain necessary permits and licenses and ensure all work complies with legal and local building codes. Problem-solving: Address and resolve issues that arise on the construction site, such as emergencies, weather delays, or technical problems
