key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control product quality in production (cold rolling, slitting, or fabrication as applicable).
Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Carry out root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Prepare quality reports, maintain inspection records, and support audits (ISO/IATF), documentation
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to improve yield, reduce rejections, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and support technical documentation requirements.
