To supervise, coordinate, and monitor fabrication activities in the workshop/plant/site, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety practices, and timely delivery are achieved.

Key Responsibilities Production & Supervision
Plan, allocate, and monitor daily fabrication activities (cutting, welding, fitting, assembly, machining, finishing, etc.).
Ensure production schedules are met with optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Review and interpret fabrication drawings, welding symbols, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with design, planning, and QA/QC departments for smooth workflow
Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, and assembly processes.
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, P&IDs, and isometrics.
Hands-on experience with fabrication tools, measuring instruments, and machines.
Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of QA/QC and safety regulations.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems preferred).

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
