Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Quality Engineer. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring product quality through rigorous quality control and assurance processes. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production, conducting inspections, implementing quality management systems, troubleshooting quality issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards. The role also involves analyzing quality data, preparing reports, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Quality Engineering and Quality Assurance skills
• Experience in Quality Control and Product Quality
• Proficiency in Quality Management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in the precision manufacturing or spindle industry is a plus
