Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Engineer located in Pune. The Quality Engineer will oversee quality control processes, ensure quality assurance standards are met, and manage product quality. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting inspections, and collaborating with teams to address quality issues and improvements. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to industry standards, and a proactive approach to maintaining high-quality manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have experience in Fabrication of Boiler pressure parts, Pressure vessels and structural items.
• Knowledge in welding, Preparation of WPS, PQR, and WPQ, Quality plan.
• Preparation of quality inspection reports.
• Monitor quality and inspection test plan.
• Knowledge in NDT (PT, MT, RT, UT).
• Knowledge in ASME Codes and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma in mechanical Engineering.

• 2 - 4 year experience

  in a quality department role is a plus.
