SETCO supports customers worldwide through nine facilities across the US, India, Taiwan, China, and Mexico. In India, Setco Spindles has modern servicing facilities in Pune, Chennai, and Manesar, along with a world-class spindle manufacturing facility in Pune. These facilities are equipped with the best testing, repair, and assembly equipment and feature temperature-controlled assembly and testing rooms. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Quality Engineer. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring product quality through rigorous quality control and assurance processes. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production, conducting inspections, implementing quality management systems, troubleshooting quality issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards. The role also involves analyzing quality data, preparing reports, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Quality Engineering and Quality Assurance skills Experience in Quality Control and Product Quality Proficiency in Quality Management systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Previous experience in the precision manufacturing or spindle industry is a plus
