Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Developing and Implementing Quality Control Procedures:

• Creating Standards:QC Engineers define, interpret, and shape quality standards for products and services to meet legal, customer, and internal requirements.
• Developing Processes:They design and implement quality control processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Test Planning:They develop and implement test plans, protocols, and inspection processes in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Documentation:They create and maintain quality-related documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and material records.

2. Monitoring and Ensuring Quality:

• Performance Monitoring:They monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Inspections and Testing:They inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Non-Conformance Management:They identify, investigate, and address non-conformances and deviations from standards.
• Compliance:They ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality standards, regulations, and codes.

3. Problem Solving and Corrective Actions:

• Root Cause Analysis:They conduct root cause analysis to determine the underlying causes of quality issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
