Key responsibilities :
Inspection and Testing:
Conduct various tests on incoming materials and finished products.
Use tools like calipers, micrometers, and other testing equipment to measure and inspect products.
Compare products against blueprints, specifications, and industry standards.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor production phases to ensure all quality control procedures are followed.
Inspect and test equipment and machinery to ensure they are operating correctly.
Identify and remove defective products from the production line.
Documentation and Reporting:
Create detailed records of inspections, including test results and data entry into quality databases.
Complete reports on non-conforming products, waste, and rework.
Initiate non-conformance reports when products fail to meet standards.
Problem-Solving and Improvement:
Notify supervisors of production problems and help analyze and correct issues.
Recommend adjustments and changes to production processes.
Work with managers to implement corrective actions and improve overall product quality and safety.
Qualification – Diploma (or) B.E (Mech)
Required Experience – 0 to 1 year of experience ( Fresher also apply )
Roles and responsibilities – In process checking, Final Inspection, In coming quality
