Job Description

Quality Engineer II

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
Conduct thorough inspections and tests to identify defects and nonconformities in products.
Analyze data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and customer satisfaction.

Skills Requirement:

Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and tools.
Experience with quality management systems and processes.
Proven ability in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
