Position Summary:

We are seeking a Junior QC Engineer to join our quality control team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing inspections, testing products, and ensuring that all manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual looking to grow in the field of quality assurance in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

· Product Inspections: Perform routine inspections and testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

· Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes to detect defects and ensure adherence to quality specifications.

· Documentation: Maintain and update quality records, inspection logs, and test reports in a timely and accurate manner.

· Non-Conformance Management: Identify and document non-conformities, report findings to senior QC staff, and assist in corrective actions.

· Testing & Analysis: Assist in testing materials and products for strength, durability, and functionality.

· Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the production and engineering teams to identify quality improvement opportunities.

· Equipment Calibration: Assist in the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.

· Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality control procedures.

· Support in Audits: Participate in internal and external audits as needed to maintain certifications and standards.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in manufacturing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,757.47 - ₹25,467.33 per month
