Role: QA Engineer (1–4 year

We’re looking for a QA Engineer who is passionate about quality, automation, and continuous improvement and who is open to learning and leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.

You’ll work across web, mobile, and API layers to ensure flawless functionality, maintain scalable test automation suites, and gradually adopt AI-assisted workflows to boost test coverage and velocity.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, implement, and execute test scenarios for web, mobile, and API components.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Appium, and RestAssured (Java/Python).
• Validate application quality through manual and automated functional testing.
• Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Execute performance testing using JMeter and analyze results.
• Document test coverage, gaps, and regression scope.
• Adopt AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor AI, or Gemini, or any other equivalent AI tool, AWS bedrock, Nova, Codex, etc.) to accelerate test design, documentation, or automation.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand feature requirements and test coverage needs.
• Participate in regular bug triages and provide detailed defect analysis.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–4 years of hands-on QA/SDET experience.
• Solid understanding of manual testing techniques and defect lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Java or Python for test automation.
• Familiarity with automation tools: Selenium WebDriver, Appium, RestAssured, Postman.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with JMeter for performance testing is a plus.
• Basic awareness of AI tools like Copilot, Cursor AI, or Gemini, or any other equivalent AI tool, AWS bedrock, Nova, Codex,etc.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with AI tools to improve productivity.
• Clear communicator and strong team player in an Agile setup.
