Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer at a manufacturing industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of manufacturing processes and finished products. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inspections, testing, and audits to maintain high standards of product quality. You will utilize your expertise in using quality instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, dial gauge, etc., to conduct thorough quality assessments. Throughout the production cycle, you will continuously monitor product quality, proactively identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that any deviations from quality standards are appropriately documented and investigated. In the event of product defects or quality issues, you will lead investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to address them effectively. Collaboration with production teams will be essential as you work closely with them to address and resolve any non-conformances that may arise. Additionally, you will support the implementation of preventive actions to minimize the risk of future quality issues, contributing to the overall enhancement of product quality and process efficiency. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Diploma or B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 2-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting.
