Quality Engineer

Seeking a Quality Engineer / Supervisor with a B.Tech degree to oversee and enhance the quality standards of production processes and products. The role involves monitoring, inspecting, developing, and implementing quality assurance and control systems to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, control systems, and inspection procedures.

Monitor and inspect production processes, raw materials, and finished products to ensure quality compliance.

Investigate product or process issues and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Coordinate with production, engineering, suppliers, and other departments to maintain quality standards.

Manage and train quality control staff as needed.

Prepare detailed quality reports, documentation, and participate in internal and external audits.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality certifications (e.g., ISO standards).

Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to avoid defects and defects recurrence.

Address customer complaints and ensure resolution with appropriate corrective measures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or relevant discipline).

Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or production monitoring preferred.

Knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and certifications such as ISO 9001.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Supervisory experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
