Qualification: Diploma / BE ( Electrical & ECE)Gender : MaleExperience : should have Experience from EMS Industry with Min 3-5 YearsQuality Assurance & Control: Overseeing and implementing quality control procedures and systems to maintain product consistency and reduce defects.

• Process Improvement: Analyzing production processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending innovative practices to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
• Inspection & Testing: Performing dimensional and functional inspections on raw materials, components, and finished products using various measuring tools.
• Compliance & Certifications: Ensuring adherence to industry standards and leading initiatives to obtain and maintain relevant certifications (e.g., ISO standards).
• Auditing: Conducting internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with established quality protocols and customer requirements. Preferred to have a Certificate.
• Problem-Solving: Investigating quality-related issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and collaborating with teams to resolve them.
• Documentation: Preparing quality reports, work instructions, and other required documentation, such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and control plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with production, engineering, and other departments to achieve quality objectives and ensure smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
