We’re Hiring Join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring product excellence and customer satisfaction. 🔍 Position: Quality Engineer 📍 Location : Ahmedabad (Changodar) 📅 Experience : 1-4 Years Key Responsibilities : Ø Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and documentation Ø Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications Ø Conduct in-process and final inspections of materials and finished goods Ø Investigate quality issues and lead root cause analysis using tools like 5 Why, Fishbone, or FMEA Ø Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with cross-functional teams Ø Maintain and audit ISO/quality system documentation Ø Work with suppliers on quality-related matters and incoming material inspections Ø Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and trend analysis Ø Support internal and external audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For : v Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or equivalent v Experience in QA/QC or manufacturing environment v Familiarity with ISO standards and tools like 5S and Quality tools. v Strong analytical and documentation skills v Must have experience of handling different type of measuring instrument
