Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented QC cum Product Manager to oversee the quality control processes and ensure the successful management of our products from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in maintaining the highest quality standards while also managing product lifecycles to meet customer expectations and business goals.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Compliance
  • Product Development and Product Management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in quality control and/or product management, preferably in electronics industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and standards like ISO 9001.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams. 7. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the industry. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 


Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control:

1. Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure product compliance with industry standards in Production & Warehouse departments

2. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to identify and rectify quality issues in above departments 3. Analyze quality data and reports to drive improvements in processes and product performance.

4. Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality-related challenges promptly.

5. Train and mentor staff on quality assurance and control measures.

6. Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure quality standards in IQC and OQC

7. Maintain documentation for product technical specifications, quality processes, inspections, and certifications.


Product Management:

2. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, production, warehouse & service to align product goals with business objectives.

3. Define product specifications, features, and performance benchmarks based on customer and market requirements.

4. Monitor product performance and customer feedback by working closely with Service Department to drive continuous improvements.

5. Ensure timely delivery of products while adhering to budgetary constraints.

6. Prepare and present product updates, reports, and roadmaps to stakeholders.
