Quality Controller (QC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks and inspections at various stages of production — incoming, in-process, and final.
• Verify that products meet engineering drawings, specifications, and tolerance requirements as per SOPs.
• Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest.
• Use measuring instruments.
• Record and report any non-conformities or deviations to the Quality Head or Production Manager.
• Support the team in performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Maintain and update inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and traceability of inspected materials and products.
• Work closely with production, design, and dispatch teams to maintain consistent quality standards.
• Assist in training operators and supervisors on quality awareness and inspection procedures.
• Support ISO / QMS documentation and audits when required.
• Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records
• Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met
• Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels
• Monitor the production phase at various levels

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sheet metal fabrication / steel structures / machinery manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, 5S, and other quality systems.
• Exposure to RCA, CAPA, and continual improvement processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
