Key Responsibilities of a QC and Production Engineer for Toroidal Cores:

• Quality Assurance:

Implementing and monitoring quality control procedures throughout the production process, from raw material inspection to final product testing.

• Process Optimization:

Identifying areas for improvement in the manufacturing process to enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and minimize waste.

• Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and resolving production issues related to materials, machinery, or processes that affect core quality or production output.

• Data Analysis:

Collecting and analyzing production data to identify trends, pinpoint root causes of problems, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of quality control checks, production data, and any process changes.

• Training:

Providing training to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

• Compliance:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree:
